Binaural beats were the first method discovered for brainwave entrainment and works by delivering tones of different audible frequencies to the two ears with the difference in frequency between the two tones being the frequency of entrainment. Thank you for the info. I must add that the Yoga Nidra state is the state in which a person can be in Delta but fully conscious. I did experience this state accidentally 3x in 2yrs after discovering Swami Rama’s teachings about the state&1 of the techniques for it(only 4 seems to exist & are practiced in monasteries at the time,according to him. He was the yogi who 1st demonstrated the 4 states,fully aware of himself & his surroundings, under lab conditions).

Delta brainwaves, resonating at 1Hz-4Hz, usually only occur in the deeper levels of sleep. It is even uncommon to access Delta brainwaves through meditation, unless one is very advanced, or is using brainwave entrainment. I have spending time in a floatation tank for the last 9months and just recently added the audio of crystal bowls into the tank. HOLY FLOAT! I have also started to float with binural entrainment audio and have seen a few effects.


So on thursday 21st July 2018 I tried marisa peers audio. She has a program that I bought that was just hypnosis audios. I then got three bonus audios. One of them was called money-wiring hypnosis typnaral alpha brainwave audios, which I tired for the first time. As soon as I went into hypnosis I had a weird sensation and my whole head and body stared stimulating to a point where I felt like I couldn’t really move. I thought maybe it was just me being more relaxed. Until I started to feel pain on the side of my head near my ear. I woke up after and went to bed thinking it will get better the next day. But woke up with a headache feeling sick and tingling and numbness near my head and jaw. I contacted them and they said it’s just blood going to your brain but now I feel tingling around my body and pain in my head and ears. I don’t really know what to do but team responsible for this hasn’t heaven me good answer since it hasn’t really gotten better. I feel on edge and losing energy. Please can some one advise.

I loved it All However because of serious blood pressure issues one of those beats isn’t doing well with my chest. Im getting pains. Memory: There is not sufficient evidence to suggest that brainwave entrainment improves memory.
