Not only do certain brain wave rhythms get strengthened as a result of entrainment, but a dominant frequency band results in a different state of awareness. So on thursday 21st July 2018 I tried marisa peers audio. She has a program that I bought that was just hypnosis audios. I then got three bonus audios. One of them was called money-wiring hypnosis typnaral alpha brainwave audios, which I tired for the first time. As soon as I went into hypnosis I had a weird sensation and my whole head and body stared stimulating to a point where I felt like I couldn’t really move. I thought maybe it was just me being more relaxed. Until I started to feel pain on the side of my head near my ear. I woke up after and went to bed thinking it will get better the next day. But woke up with a headache feeling sick and tingling and numbness near my head and jaw. I contacted them and they said it’s just blood going to your brain but now I feel tingling around my body and pain in my head and ears. I don’t really know what to do but team responsible for this hasn’t heaven me good answer since it hasn’t really gotten better. I feel on edge and losing energy. Please can some one advise.

2. Dimensional sound insures that the brain perceives the entrainment as more realistic, which produces more natural and thorough engagement in each meditation. Not only does this create more pronounced effects and an intensified response, but it also avoids the fatigue generated by overuse of standard sound – as can occur with extended use of other audios.
I also believe that the dangers of brainwave entrainment should be further explored as well. There are relatively vague benefits, but it remains unclear as to whether entraining certain frequencies may be detrimental to performance or induce harm. Despite the fact that brainwave entrainment has existed for a long term, it remains an understudied niche in neuroscience.
Quick example: Brainwave readings (with an EEG machine) have shown that brainwaves of 2Hz occur when an individual is asleep. Scientists can create special audio recordings, which contain an encoded 2Hz frequency. While listening to such audio, the brain naturally follows (entrains) toward that 2Hz frequency, lowering its brainwave patterns. That's "brainwave entrainment." The net result is that when listening to such an audio recording, you (the listener) will naturally fall asleep.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.
